1.       Constitutional law deals with the organizations of the state and the institute of state which are made for the wellbeing of the people.  Constitutional law describe the relation between rulers and ruled and wellbeing of society. The social institutions are based on the constitutional laws which describe the structure of these institutions according to social needs of people.  Constitutional laws may be public law but any public law cannot be constitutional law which is uniqueness of this law. To established relation between government body and public the constitutional laws are very necessary.
